Meeting called to order and welcome comments by Alicia Kazee, President Approval of November 2014 Meeting Minutes TLS Leadership Beth Pride, Director of Admissions - Pre-school enrollment screenings are end of January. Encourage anyone interested to apply.
- Accepting scholarship applicants for one boy & one girl entering 6th grade
- Many grades anticipating wait list this year, especially 6th grade.
- Re-enrollment link sends at the end of Jan. via e-mail. Feb 22nd is deadline.

- Trip to Cuba scheduled for November 2015, 80 spots available. Reserve now

Library Services (Alicia Kazee) - Library gift program was a big success
- Don’t forget you can continue to purchase books all year long
Parent Incentive Program (PIP) (Cole Bennett) - Please register your Kroger card
- Also continue to clip box tops and shop using link through Amazon
Birthday Closet (Alicia Kazee) - Doing well but can always use more gifts- especially for older kids
Consignment Sale (Jessica Coppedge) - Next sale March 5th & 6th during conferences
- Donations accepted year round- drop off in front office and label “for consignment”
Service Learning (Alicia Kazee) - Mitten tree was a huge success.
- 2nd, 3rd and 4th grades have events this spring
Teacher and Staff Appreciation (Alicia Kazee) - Holiday Brunch was loved by all and many thanks to Megan Winfield and Missy Ammerman for their hard work
TLS Special Report Chuck Baldecchi, Head of School and Margaret Graves, Chair of the TLS Board - Reviewed the financial summary of the school
- Strategic plan has made strides in diversity of students and faculty and now focus is on economic diversity. Financial aid is currently at 21-22% and hope to increase it to 25%
- Main focus is the need to manage our student numbers. TLS is almost full to capacity

Open House is Nov 14th 8am-12 noon; books $20 each/listening library $40 each Parent Incentive Program (PIP) (Michelle Bennett) -
BHG and Waldens both have holiday specials. Target, Kroger and Lands End are ongoing. -

Mitten tree in preschool in December goes to WWB. Need mittens, hats, gloves, even boots and coats. The entire student body is asked to participate.
